The EC612 robotic arm boasts thousands of deployments worldwide and still continues to support users to automate a wide range of tasks. Lightweight, with sufficient reach and payload and slim in design, this cost-effective cobot can be mounted in any existing production line, speeding up automation processes and maximizing returns.

The payload of 16 kg and the weight of 32.5 kg make EC616 both the strongest cobot and the one with the best load-to-weight ratio of the EC Series line-up. It’s an ideal match for applications ranging from palletizing to machine tending and welding, as well as the perfect solution for industries such as semiconductors.

Featuring a stunning 0.47 load to weight ratio, this small yet powerful cobot is the perfect choice for all applications that do not require a large reach but still require sufficient payload and force, suchy as screwdriving, tightening, material removal tasks and more.

  Controller

By default, the cobot is delivered with the standard AC/DC controller (size: 505 x 448 x 245mm; weight: 14kg) to manage all cobot operations.

Elite Robots' entry-level EC63 cobot stands out for its repeatability, lightweight, and small footprint. Install it anywhere effortlessly, mounted on a table or integrated into a line, and let it perform your assembly, handling, and other lightweight tasks.

CS530H is ready to tackle all your palletizing tasks. Elite Robots' strongest cobot features a special architecture that makes it a perfect match for the CP series palletizing solution, lifting loads of up to 30 kg and reaching high stacking heights of up to 2300 mm.

Featuring the same architecture as the CS620, the CS625 cobot has the highest payload of the entire CS series. Yet, with a dead weight of only 58kg and a compact 240mm footprint (the same as the CS620), this collaborative robot ensures broad versatility on any work floor.

Elite Robots' top-end model, the CS620 robotic arm, is ready to tear down more barriers to automation. Equipped with a dual 3A/5A tool connector for enhanced power, the CS620 features a 20 kg payload and the longest reach of all CS cobots.
